Terms of Service
Effective date: October 31, 2026
These terms govern your use of botspank.com and botspank.app (the “Site”), operated by Fatt, Inc., a Wyoming corporation (“Botspank,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account, running a scan, or buying a Paid Service, you agree to them.
1. What Botspank is, and is not
Botspank scans public web pages in an automated browser and writes prompts you can give to an AI system of your choice. Its findings are automated observations that may be incomplete or wrong. Botspank is not a security audit, penetration test, accessibility certification, or legal advice, and using it creates no attorney-client or consulting relationship. Botspank does not send your pages or prompts to any AI system; you decide where to paste them.
2. Accounts
You sign in with a link sent to your email address; there is no password. You are responsible for keeping access to that email account secure and for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from the Account page, which deletes your saved scans and reports. You must be at least 16 to use the Site.
3. Acceptable use
- Scan only websites you own, operate, or are authorized by the owner to review. Free scans read only pages that any visitor can see.
- Do not use Botspank to attack, overload, or gain unauthorized access to any system, or to reach private or internal networks.
- Do not try to get around scan limits, payment, sign-in, or site verification, or open multiple accounts to obtain more free scans.
- Do not resell or bulk-redistribute Botspank output as a competing service.
- We may limit, suspend, or close accounts that break these rules, and may report misuse.
4. Free scans
A free scan checks one page of a site on a desktop-sized screen and shows a sample of the findings (the “Snapshot”). Free scans are limited (currently one per site every 30 days and a small number of sites per day), and we may change those limits at any time. Free scans come with no warranty or support commitment.
5. Paid Services
What you buy. Each Paid Service is a one-time purchase for the one website shown at checkout. Nothing renews and there is no subscription.

Prices shown at checkout control. Taxes, where they apply, are added at checkout.
Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. under its own terms. We do not receive or store your full card number.
Delivery. The complete scan starts when payment is confirmed, and your report appears in your account, usually within minutes. Pages behind a sign-in are not scanned. The included re-scan can be used once, at any time while your account is open. Your Botspank reports stay in your account until you delete them or the account. The PCStable report included in a Complete Check stays at its link for 30 days after purchase; save or print it if you need it longer.
Complete Check and PCStable. PCStable is another service of Fatt, Inc. When you buy a Complete Check, we order a PCStable Deep Check and Findability Check for you, and PCStable's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy also apply to that part. At checkout you confirm that you own the site or are authorized by its owner to have it tested. PCStable's checks for exposed files run only after you prove you control the site (Section 6).
6. Site verification
You may prove that you control a site by publishing a DNS record or a file we give you. A checkbox stating you are authorized is a representation, not proof, and never unlocks checks that require proof. You may remove the record or file after verification.
7. Your content and our content
You keep all rights to your website and to anything you submit. You may use, edit, share, and publish your reports and prompts, including for commercial work for your own clients. The Site, its design, code, and prompt templates remain ours; these terms grant you no other license.
8. Third-party AI systems
The prompts are designed to be pasted into AI systems run by other companies. What those systems do with what you paste, and the accuracy of their answers, are governed by their terms, not ours. Review any change an AI system proposes before you apply it to a live site.
9. Refunds
Once a Paid Service has run and its report has been delivered, it is not refundable. We will refund it only if (a) no part of the report could be produced, (b) you were charged more than once for the same order, or (c) the law requires a refund. Email support@botspank.com within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. If a charge is refunded or reversed, the report it paid for is locked again.
10. Disclaimer
THE SITE AND THE PAID SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that findings are accurate or complete, that following a prompt or an AI system's advice will fix anything, or that your site complies with any law or standard.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR A PAID SERVICE, INCLUDING CHANGES YOU OR AN AI SYSTEM MAKE TO A WEBSITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE OR US $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your misuse of the Site, including a scan or check of a website you were not authorized to review, or your violation of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.
13. Governing law, arbitration and class-action waiver
Please read this section carefully: it affects how disputes are resolved.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section.
Try to resolve it first. Before starting arbitration, send a written notice of your claim and the relief you want to support@botspank.com (we will send ours to the email on your account). Both sides will try in good faith to resolve it within 60 days.
Binding individual arbitration. Any dispute arising from these terms, the Site, or a Paid Service that is not resolved informally will be decided by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules (or its Commercial Arbitration Rules if you use Botspank for a business), before a single arbitrator. Hearings take place by video or phone unless the arbitrator decides an in-person hearing is needed, in which case it is held in Sheridan County, Wyoming, or the county where you live, at your choice. For consumer claims, we pay any filing and administrative fees beyond what you would pay to file in court.
Exceptions. Either side may bring an individual claim in small-claims court, and either side may ask a court for an injunction against infringement or misuse of intellectual property or unauthorized access to systems. Nothing in this section waives a right to seek public injunctive relief where such a waiver is unenforceable; such a claim proceeds in court after any arbitrable claims are decided.
Class-action and jury waiver. Claims may be brought only individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding, and the arbitrator may not combine claims of different people. You and we waive any right to a jury trial. If this waiver is found unenforceable for a claim, that claim proceeds in court, not in arbitration, and is paused until the individual arbitration ends.
Opting out. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing support@botspank.com within 30 days after you first accept these terms, with your name, your account email, and a statement that you opt out. Opting out does not affect any other part of these terms.
Courts. Claims not subject to arbitration are brought in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except where the law of your residence requires otherwise.
14. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept it. A Paid Service you already bought stays governed by the version you accepted at checkout.
15. Notice to California users
Under California Civil Code § 1789.3, California users are entitled to the following notice: the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs may be contacted in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by telephone at (800) 952-5210.
