Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 31, 2026
This policy explains what information Fatt, Inc. (“Botspank,” “we”) handles when you use botspank.com and botspank.app (the “Site”). The short version: we collect what we need to run your account and your scans, we run no ads and no tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share personal information.
1. What we collect and why

We do not collect your name, phone number, or payment card details.
2. Pages we scan
Scans read public web pages the way a visitor would. If a page shows personal information to every visitor, it may appear in a screenshot or text excerpt in your report. Reports are visible only to the account that ran them; screenshots can be opened by anyone who has their unguessable link.

We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose information otherwise only if required by law or to protect the Site and its users.
4. Cookies and similar storage
The Site sets one cookie, a sign-in session cookie that is strictly necessary and cannot be used to track you on other sites. Your browser may also keep a few settings locally (for example, an unfinished prompt in the Prompt Builder); clearing site data removes them. We use Cloudflare's cookie-free visit statistics and no advertising pixels or third-party trackers. Stripe's checkout page and Cloudflare's “I am human” check may use their own cookies or signals for fraud and bot prevention.
5. Security
The Site is served only over HTTPS with a strict Content-Security-Policy. Sign-in links work once and expire in 15 minutes, and session tokens are stored only as hashes. No system is completely secure, so we keep the information we hold to a minimum.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, including California under the CCPA, you may have rights to know, access, correct, or delete personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing (we do neither). You can delete your account and its scans yourself on the Account page. For anything else, email privacy@botspank.com. We may keep purchase records after a deletion request where the law allows, for example to handle a payment dispute. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
7. Children
The Site is not directed to anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
8. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date. We will point out material changes on the Site before they take effect.
