Refund Policy

Effective date: October 31, 2026

Botspank's Full Report and Complete Check are one-time purchases that run and deliver right after payment, so once a report has run and been delivered, it is not refundable. We will refund your payment in full only if:

1. no part of your report could be produced (for example, the site could not be reached at all);
2. you were charged more than once for the same order; or
3. the law requires a refund.

To ask, email support@botspank.com within 30 days of purchase with the email address you used and your Stripe receipt number. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; most problems can be fixed quickly. When a charge is refunded or reversed, the report it paid for, and any PCStable report included in a Complete Check, is locked again.
